- Dairy — present in crema, queso fresco, and some sauces
- Tree Nuts — cashews used in our cashew crema (vegan items)
- Shellfish — shrimp used in our Baja Shrimp Crunch
- Soy — may be present in some seasonings and sauces
- Eggs — used in some breakfast taco items (Sundays only)
Cross-contamination notice: While we take every precaution, our kitchen is a shared space. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of any allergen. If you have a severe allergy, please speak directly with our staff before ordering.

We proudly offer options for many dietary needs:
- Gluten-Free: All corn tortilla items are gluten-free. Ask for corn tortilla substitutions on any taco.
- Vegan: Our plant-based section is fully vegan. Cashew crema replaces dairy.
- Vegetarian: All plant-based items plus items with dairy/eggs where applicable.
- Dairy-Free: Most meat and vegan tacos can be prepared dairy-free on request.
